Haydn has trained and performed professionally throughout her career and created The Smart Method to help dancers achieve incredible flexibility, extensions, turns and leaps safely and intelligently. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from one of the industry's most exciting educators.

This is Haydn's first ever visit to East Yorkshire, and we're so excited to bring this opportunity to our local dance community. Whether you're looking to improve your flexibility, strength, technique or simply learn how to train smarter, this workshop is for you.
